RACE APPROVAL FORM

Hello Everyone 

 A Race Approval Form has been set up for members who want to become jackpot hosts. All you have to do is HIGHLIGHT and COPY and PASTE this form or Click on this link and you can upload it to your Word Doc PCBRA_Race_Approval_Form.doc. Once you have it filled in send it to the Schedualer. You will be contacted ASAP if your jackpots have been approved. A Jackpot Host Package will be set up and mailed to you. Then just let the races begin!!!!!
