Finals Weekend, tentatively set for September 17 thru 19 2010

The Information that the PCBRA is looking for is:

* Facility Rental Costs, & Confirmation of available dates. (daily rate, or hourly rate)

* How many stalls are available? Is Self Penning allowed?

* Parking Availability & Camping Availability

*Shaving Costs (Finals)

* Banquet Facility Available & Cost (Finals)

*General Meeting Room Availability (Finals)

*Concession

*Trade Show Space

*Sponsorship that the facility would donate

*Ground Conditions and Pattern Size

*Warm Up area situation

*Horse Water Situation

*Shower facilities if available.
